Vanté Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Return window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Shoes and clothing must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Packaging: Shoes must be returned with the original box and packaging when applicable.
• Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
• Final sale: Sale, clearance, personalized, or marked final-sale items cannot be returned.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
• Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
